Warning! Do not forget to cancel your membership or they will continue to bill you. When I called to cancel, they refused to let me speak to a manager about a refund (even a prorated one). The company must really need the money if they are counting on people to forget to cancel the membership and not refund it for zero services rendered. Unacceptable.

Great user interface which matters when you're on there all the time. We've found caregivers to suit immediate, mid-and long-term childcare needs for our family. This is our go-to childcare site for finding extra help. Excellent, reasonably priced service. Ok editing after using care for a while. Lots of no shows and emergency cancellations- for folks I hadn't met yet. Switched to Sitter City and have had *much* better outcomes.

If you are setting up an account in CANADA BEWARE! ZERO STARS. If you are doing this in CANADA NOTE: they have no direct customer service. It is all done by an answering service that DOES NOT respond. I had to call the US customer service line (which has real people answering) and beg them to have someone BEG the Canadian people to respond to me. Still no answer. Here is my issue: I tried to renew my subscription but the account had the wrong zip code. It would not let me set it to the right one. I didn't realize this until I tried to make payment 3 times. To my surprise, with the WRONG zip code it still was able to take my payment all three times. BUT, I still never got access to the site to check the pending messages from the nannies I was contacting. No harm, no foul, I figured I'd call in and get it handled. That's when I found out that the customer service was for the US accounts only, and Canadian accounts were routed to an abyss they called a "voice mail". multiple voice mails and days later, no answer. Finally, I decided to beg the US people to think of WHO internally they could talk to that had any idea how to dredge up someone from this Canadian "voice mail" land. Still waiting...

They xx out your phone number in your conversations in their messaging feature. But they already state they' don't facilitate anything after the introduction so why do you care if we exchange phone Numbers with our potential clients? Because I never am notified on time when someone sends me a message and then it negatively shows on my profile a slow response rate. I do have notifications allowed. But I do have to say it's my favorite app to use to find clients because it is such a low price. Its perfect for my budget. So I c⁵⁴⁴4³ontinue to use them.

Scam scam scam. Run. You register. They auto debit your credit card. You quit. They keep auto debiting your credit card. You have to jump through a million phone calls. They keep auto debiting your credit card. There are no refunds. Caught them doing it for over a year. Lol at the five star reviews: they were all made a week ago, no doubt by the company.
