We ve just arrived and had the chance to enjoy a late lunch, which was absolutely delicious. From the warm welcome to the accommodation and the meals offered, everything has been flawless. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure our comfort. What truly impressed me was the presence of the manager at the reception, who not only greeted us personally but also engaged in a sincere and warm conversation. It’s rare to encounter such involvement from someone in charge of a place. Hats off! This location is not just a place to stay, but a true experience in itself—one that deserves to be visited and appreciated for its attention to detail and the needs of its guests. I felt this from the very first moments spent here, and I’m sure I’ll return with pleasure.

We stayed here in 2023, and for one reason or another never got round to leaving a review. It was the best place my wife and I have ever stayed - the amazing staff, the rooms, the setting, the food. We still talk about it now, and hope to go back one day. Needless to say, if you get the chance to stay there, you should grab it with both hands.

A truly unparalleled experience We stayed at Capella Ubud for 5 nights and our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely unbeatable – warm, attentive, and seamless. We stayed in the River Tent, which offered an incredible blend of extreme luxury and natural beauty. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of exclusivity and comfort in a stunning jungle setting. The food was exceptional, with every meal exceeding our expectations. We ate at Api Jawa on the first night which was very special. Our experiences at the spa were equally wonderful – the massages were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The whole experience felt completely unique, unlike any hotel we’ve ever been to. It was made even more special as we celebrated our honeymoon here. Capella Ubud truly created unforgettable memories for us.

One of the most unique and traditional design of a resort.. located at Gianyar, the entrances is quite small but the resort it self really special.. very quite and peaceful.. no wander it's being award as the best resort in the world by travel + leisures magazines 2024

Went here for Lunch, place is superb cozy. Food as usual delicious and well prepared. We're really enjoyed.
