It was my first time visiting the hospital and got surprised that everyone was friendly. It was like you are entering a hotel.🙂apart from topnotch facilities, the staffs are what makes it different from the rest. Ajay from the customer service was very friendly and helpful along with the girls at the reception. He also advised us that basement parking is free of charge and asisisted us on how to do it. He made our experience easy and hassle-free.

The reception process was fast and efficient, and I especially appreciate Mr. Ajay from the customer engagement team. He guided me through doctor consultation, radiology, and pharmacy, ensuring everything went seamlessly. One of the best perks is the **free parking at Basement 2**, which is a huge convenience. The hospital environment is outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and designed with a modern architectural touch. The interiors are impressive, and the exits are easily accessible from all sides. I came first time to receptionist NASRYA last 2 weeks to book appointment for my pregnancy she has a bad attitude and a bad way talking to patients especially I was having few days befor delivery my baby, Today I went for my second appointment again treat me with a bad way and her reaction (face) with annoying really she is not professional at all I feel she’s working in shop not a professional hospital in Dubai. In the other side I wanna thank dr Ramzy, gulrana, aswathy nursery for my baby thanks a lot I was in room 321 all nursers are professional thanks from my heart , but receptionist Nasryia becouse of her I will give ZERO service.

The front desk receptionist was extremely supportive, making the check-in process smooth. I had an appointment with Dr. Raeba Mathew, an amazing doctor who examined my eyes with great care and attention. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Karoly Vadasdi, who was equally professional and knowledgeable. A special thanks to an Indian gentleman at the entrance—unfortunately, I forgot his name, but his support and assistance were truly appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Canadian Specialist Hospital. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service!
