Canada Suites Toronto Furnished Condos

I just had a pleasant stay with Canada Suited in Toronto. Booking was easy and check in instructions were clear. Note that you’ll be asked for a deposit and it was refunded to me immediately after I checked out. The location of the apartment was super convenient, next to the subway station and many shops and restaurants. The one bedroom apartment I had was spacious with beautiful view of the city, the kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need. Housekeeping lady Barbara was wonderful, she showed me around when I checked in and boy did she do an amazing job with cleaning. The apartment was spotless and the beds, bathrooms were all done just like a real hotel. This is not an Air B&B home kinda clean, the place is cleaned and setup professionally which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay with them again.

Excellent building , Quiet, clean with excellent view, Great walking access to all areas of downtown Toronto. Stayed for 9 nights with no issues with anything. Canada suites were very friendly and helpful , handled everything remotely and met us in lobby as agreed . Would recommend as good value and will use again in future. Everett.

2024 May Review: This place apparently has multiple buildings so beware which one you are booking. See review below for a great experience I had at the Bay Street location, but the last stay was a huge hassle at 386 Yonge. The checkin was “virtual” so I had to text photos of both of our IDs, sign an emailed rules agreement, forward $500 deposit which I was charged an additional 3-4% on since I did not install some payment app and paid with my credit card instead. Further, they initially offered only one set of keys and I had to insist that they provide a second for the other traveler. The room was clean but no blackout curtains so you better not mind waking up at the crack of dawn if you’re like me and can’t sleep in a bright room! We had to be out before 11, get the car out of the parking garage, take the parking pass back up, take a picture of the keys and parking pass and text to them before we left, promptly by 11. They would not allow us to keep the car parked longer though I paid for two full days I thought. Also, not thrilled with the 67th floor elevator ride. No cleaning service while we were there but they left a note asking for a tip anyway. Not going back. 2020 Review: A great surprise. This was essentially a clean, large apartment with more than everything one would need. Michael met us when we arrived and escorted us to a parking spot explaining everything very clearly. He made it easy and a pleasure. I would jump at the chance to stay again for the price.

We stayed 8 nights at Canada Suites on Bay in February while a family member had surgery at Toronto General Hospital and it was perfect. The location was outstanding and was only a five minute walk to the hospital, making visits so easy. Really, the Suites are close to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, groceries, parks, attractions, etc., were all extremely close. Having the option to purchase underground, secure parking was also a major bonus so that we didn't have to worry about more expensive parking lots, feeding meters or snow removal. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, which afforded us extra space and privacy. The Suite had a small but perfectly appointed kitchen with everything you need, which was wonderful for cooking our own meals and making us feel more at home. The beds were very comfortable and suite was very clean. Wifi was strong and fast. Michael was responsive, kind and understanding when we had to extend our stay several times due to my family members medical needs, which was incredibly appreciated. Even the cleaning staff were lovely to deal with! We would definitely recommend staying at Canada Suites, especially for an extended period of time.

Everything was excellent during our staying in the apt. Location is fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms, beds super comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed.
