Cambridge Suites Hotel Halifax

Absolute delight to stay at the Cambridge Suites Hotel over the weekend. Trang at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, clean, and organized with a wide range of amenities and stunning Ocean view. I look forward to visiting next time!

I was sceptical to come after a few reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway. Very nice hotel in the great location of downtown Halifax, the room was pretty clean. It included Continental breakfast that was not so bad, you don't have any meat options but you can add it in additional costs (5$ bacon 6$ sausage). You can control the AC in the room and also open the window a bit for some fresh air (it is a bit noisy because again you're downtown,but after midnight it is kind of quiet) they have an underground parking but be careful there is a high restriction. Over all it was nice to stay. Thank you.

Old gal needs a reno. It's fine, but needs some updating. Front desk service was not too friendly, but everyone has a bad day. Breakfast buffet was only okay; no bacon or sausages. Great location if you want downtown.

Great location short walk to The Keg. Friendly service. Convenient underground parking for $25+tax per night. Will return, good value for the money. Nice room, bed, TV, bedding.

Stayed for four nights. Staff was professional and accommodating. Rooms need a major refresh, furniture is dinged and scratched, bed was fairly comfortable, but I’ve had much better. Got a sore back sitting on the sofa. Would never see myself sleeping on the sofa bed. Water pressure was amazing, even though the tub filled up while I was having a shower. Have never had such great water pressure. Restaurant was OK, For dinner service And breakfast buffet. Not open for lunch,limited menu, and a little pricey. Breakfast was free, cereal, oatmeal, toast, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns. Same menu for the week we were there. Would love to have seen pancakes, but what can you do? It was free. Was a 15 minute walk straight downhill to the harbour and close to lots of bars and restaurants.
