I was just on 4 West for a few days, and I would give my nursing & doctors 5 stars however my overnight nurse was useless. My two daytime nurses Courtney & Alaina were absolutely Excellent. They work so hard all day with a smile at all times. They won't hesitate to go above & beyond if it means helping a patient in need. Give these two ladies a raise!

Lost my pregnancy test samples and misguided on appointment price, leading to me paying outta pocket for $1480 for miscarriage and $980 for “initial assessment for behavioral health.” Billing and Customer Service said that I should’ve checked the price when I got the “service” - I did ask the people who recommended the service. She said that I “shouldn’t worry about it.”

Regretfully Cambridge Hospital is like the Flagship hospital in the Cambridge Health Alliance. Everett Hospital is 1000% better than Cambridge hospital. Cambridge hospital charges you and your visitors a parking fee. Everett Hospital does not. I have made ambulances divert to Everett hospital if their destination was Cambridge Hospital

So far so good. Dad came to ICU as there was no rooms available near us. Nurses Mariah and Victoria are amazing . I’ve met the attending and resident and both were kind and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful .

My mom got transferred here from another hospital and as soon as we got to the ER someone told her point blank she needed surgery and when she broke down because we’d been up all night and she was in pain they asked why she was crying. Then when she calmed down she was placed into a room at 6am and told to prep for surgery she was having later, the curtain in the room had blood stains and hair on it. When I returned at 1 after leaving at 7 it went from 100 percent needing surgery and scaring both of us to letting her eat and setting her up with a follow up that they were supposed to set up and never did. Then I read about something on discharge that we had asked about as a possibility but were told no when she had it as a separate issue in addition to what our her there for that trip. Overall happy she’s okay but the delivery and lack of transparency about the full picture of what was going on and me having to read to my mom what was up from her papers wasn’t good. Her nurses were good though and one eventually got the curtain changed.
