Went in to give birth had to end up having an unexpected c section due to complications . All the nurses and workers made the healing process very bearable and a good experience except one Nurse Ruth I hate to name drop but she made my stay feel absolutely horrible and acted unprofessional and rude… one example is when I was in pain and I would say it was like a 7 I had asked for more medicine and they gave me small dose of oxy nurse Ruth came back and proceeded to tell me that , “that was very not recommended and I shouldn’t have taken that and that it’s unusual that my pain was a 7”( insinuating I was lying lol ) she told me that I wasn’t experiencing the pain that I was and I was just gassy and that I need to get up and walk I told her no I am in pain not gas pain and she said “that’s not true ur just gassy stand up “ that’s just one example… the rest of the time she was my nurse in the morning she just kept making snarky comments and making me feel bad and dismissing me … even at the end of my stay while I was getting ready to leave she rushedddd me to get out and go home. The whole time just made me feel like she needed me to go home literally hours after my c - section . Told another nurse about the medicine incident and she even said she was sorry about that behavior and they like to do what’s best for the patient to feel better and don’t know why she was acting like that . Over all the other workers and nurses were literal angels and made me feel amazing just one nurse ruined the whole experience unfortunately

Every appointment I’ve had they’ve canceled. I don’t think they’d let understand many of us work and have to take a day off or half day and use up time for an appointment. I think everytime they cancel someone’s appt last minute, they need to compensate for work missed. Not very professional to not have a covering doctor or someone on call /per diem for when people call out sick.

I’m only giving a one star for this because there is no option for 0 stars. The only good about it was it was only an hour wait time but now I know why. The doctor who I saw had no compassion whatsoever. I was told by him that the emergency room is only for emergencies as soon as he saw me without knowing why I was in pain at all. I went in for upper abdominal pain. He refused to take any imaging tests to find out what was wrong and discharged me with gastritis and acid reflux. Which clearly it wasn’t that. I ended up going to Lowell General and was taken care of extremely well by the caring compassionate workers even though the wait time was horribly long. They did imaging and found out I was extremely constipated and that was the cause of the pain and gas I was having and they also found some other issues that I will be consulting with my primary care in a few days. Very concerning issues that need to be addressed like my iud not in the right position and fibroid tumors in my uterus which explains my lower back pain. But this is exactly why I give this a 0 star review. Very disappointing that we have care givers who don’t really care for our well being.

Worst emergency room that I ever seen in my life . I mean honestly ppl that worked there they have no heart they are there just for paycheck . Insurance information process was very quick . My wife under serious pain and they made us wait for two hours while the emergency room is empty reason why there is only one doctor at the ER . I dot not recommend this ER to no one . Do not waste your serious time for your emergency in this ER

So far so good. Dad came to ICU as there was no rooms available near us. Nurses Mariah and Victoria are amazing . I’ve met the attending and resident and both were kind and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful .

Every time I try to make an appointment at the revere center first it takes me 30-45 min for someone to answer the phone. Second. They cancel appointments...

I wish I had known Maureen McSwiggin, CNM (Obstetrics & Gynecology - Midwifery) when I was pregnant with my son! Alas, I'm not having any more kids -- but...
