I gave one star because I had to so that I could leave this review! This is the worst company that I let have my energy!! Ryan Raynard you weirdo you know exactly who this is leaving this review! Kayla Baker you call yourself a team lead but could not do your job! Left me doing what you were supposed to be doing. If they leave you as a team lead you’ll lead them STRAIGHT to hell…actually that’s where this company belongs! Will Brown….DON’T GET ME STARTED WITH THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES YOU PARTAKE IN!! Stealing money from your agents?! You should be ashamed. You will be contacted by a team of lawyers and hopefully a class action lawsuit will be opened against this company as a whole. 0/5 STARS VERY GHETTO WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUT DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE IRS TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR BOOKS!!

If I could rate this company a 0, I definitely would! The majority of the management is not for their employees at all, they are all about business and money. I was wrongfully terminated on 5/29 because an office staff member of another project that we are answering calls for felt that it was okay to be rude and disrespectful. Despite management listening to the call and seeing that the lady was smart from the beginning, they told me to log out of everything so "an investigation" could be done. This was only because the lady sent a report hours later after I already informed them in the proper chat of what was going on. Keep in mind, that I have been working overtime non-stop, especially when they asked me to. Pulling over 100 hours sometimes. Whenever they needed me, I was there. I was supposed to go overnight on 7/8, so when I asked why I couldn't just go to that project since this is a different client, I was told on the recorded meeting that they had to investigate ALL other calls to make sure "rudeness" wouldn't be carried over. I left the meeting, and heard one of the managers say, "See, see how rude she is!". So, that let me know right there that other conversations were being had. And this company has management where they don't like agents to question them because they feel they are in a higher position and we should just do what they say instead of speaking our minds. Once I received a call from a manager, she stated the termination was based solely on that one call, so they never investigated other calls like they said they were going to do. And that was because they knew they weren't going to find anything being that my scores were never under 95, I never received any type of coaching for my tone, rudeness, etc. So, that let me know again that they were just doing it to get rid of me. And since this was another client, there was no reason why I couldn't have gone back overnight. This termination was based on pride, ego, and feelings being hurt because they feel they are never wrong. They want agents who are yes-doers, and they don't like to be challenged. I asked for a copy of my reason for my termination the next day which I was supposed to receive the same day. They lied about what happened, they stated I refused to sign when I was never presented with any paperwork to sign or in any other meeting. So, I knew what time it was. I had them under investigation for wrongful termination and had testimonies from other people who were terminated or left the company based on poor management and how the company treats their employees. Not to my surprise, I was told that the project that I was terminated from ended. This company will use you once they see you are a good worker and get rid of you if you stand up for what is right. Despite, the hard work, great scores, willingness to help out, etc., they wrongfully terminated me because I informed the unprofessional office staff member to please be respectful when she wanted to go back and forth while the patient was still on hold. That is why a lot of patients leave offices like that. And this was not the first time that rude office staff members have been reported and nothing was ever done. The client doesn't care as long as money is coming in, and neither does the management for call4health. I will never recommend this company to anybody. Instead of getting $15 or $16 an hour, you can go to Chick-fil-A for $17 an hour doing less work and getting treated better. A company like that doesn't last long and karma is very real!! Thankful to God that I will be working for another employer who is more compassionate and has mutual respect for their employees.

The disrespect and unprofessionalism this company shows is truly disappointing. They classify themselves the compassionate call centers but as it relates to their hard workers it doesn’t correlate. I have had numerous of issues with this company after being there for a year. They are constantly losing accounts and workers. Training and transitioning is terrible and miscommunication is a big thing because no one ever gives you one set answer. They are constantly changing policies so they don’t have to pay people. Most of my issues came from working on the Spectrum health account. They have wrongfully submitted time sheets numerous of times which ended up in delays or hours being missed that I was owed. This finally happened for a third time recently to where I’m missing major money. I decided I had had enough. I was a great agent for them. My scores were amazing and within standing. I have that proof too. I decided to give notice of resigning the end of the month and instead of at the very least allowing me that after messing up my pay consistently they told me to just turn everything in in 72 hours and then kicked me out of my outlook email without any real resolution to when I should expect the missing money. Thankfully I keep all messages and screenshots and I will be reporting this company to every single person I can I’ll also be taking legal actions because all of this is very retaliatory on top of illegally not paying me and fixing my hours. This company is about to be nonexistent soon because the people they put in leadership positions lack the ability to do so. I’m the one who had to tell my leads that the account wasn’t personable enough and how much we were treated amazing by my former lead on the planned parenthood account and they started implementing some of the things I suggested. Instead of scaring away stellar agents they should be getting a new fresh team of leaders and even promoting other people who qualify more and who have real morals and respect for people. I’ll save my screenshots for HR and corporate and I’ve already contacted the BBB and department of labors and I won’t be stopping there!

First starters I didn't want to put any stars this company sucks they are rude very unprofessional dumb and liars they do not pay their workers all their hrs they work which is against the law the company should be closed down and everyone fired their training sucks they could not instruct or direct my bowel through my small intestine. This company is a disgrace 😤

If I could give this place 0 stars I would .. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM , my friend has had consistent problems with them not counting the hours she’s worked , taking money out of her check ! when she demanded answers about her missing funds they FIRED HER & BLOCKED HER 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
