The only reason I have ever heard of Caleres is because I have been going back and forth with Famous Footwear for 3 months to get a refund on shoes I ordered from them that were delivered to the wrong unit at the shipping address I provided. I have been hung up on by employees before I ever became angry with a single employee until today. Now I have to wait another week for a check to be "created". Who knows if it will arrive because the first check never did. Your company makes billions in revenue. I wonder if any of that money is from money that was never paid back to customers like me. If I dont get my check this time I am going to let your billion dollar company keep it. Either way I will never EVER order from your company again. Terrible business. 👎

The West Wichita store is dishonorable in their sales policies...if you have an issue with a shoe...( such as squeaky)they suggest you call Nike.. This store in general is a mess..they accost you up on entering, shadow you while you view the selections and in my situation " did not provide a receipt" this negating a(ny) potential return... I will never shop at InFamous Footwear again and I'd suggest that to save yourselves issues that you o the same.. I wouldn't buy my Horse a Shoe from them. And the Corporate Manager(Randy)is volumous in his explanation,as though we were related

Worked for this company. Very bad experience with this company. No one is consistent. I was a manager here, and I'm supervisor input my information without my consent, and did my tax form like she knew me. My DM was very unaware of bad issues in the store, and did not do anything to correct them because she was "comfortable." I resigned from this class meant because of HR not fixing problems.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband in store online at Famous Brand Shoes in Edwardsville, Il on June 4, 2016. Was told shoes would be in within 3 -10 days but normally they come in 5 days. I was given a tracking number to check on my order. On the 5th day (6/9/16) it still showed nothing when I checked on the delivery status. I called customer service phone number given on my receipt to find out what was going on with my order. Person checking the status could not find anything either. They said I would be contacted within 24 hrs. advising me of what was happening. On 6/10/16 I received an email stating the shoes were unavailable and I would get a refund within 3 - 10 days in the same manner that I paid (which was on a charge card). I still had not heard anything so I called again on 6/16/16 and was told my money had been refunded on 6/14/16. Still I heard nothing until I received a letter in the mail dated 6/21/16 indicating I would receive a refund in 1 - 3 weeks since the products was not available. Still I heard nothing so I called again on 6/27/16 and talked to Rochelle who was very friendly. She stated since the expiration date on my charge card had expired (which it had not) that they would have to refund me by check which I would get in 1 -3 weeks. She said if I did not receive the check by 7/1/16 to call back. Being frustrated since I had not received anything I called again on 7/11/16 and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was connected to Jocelyn, customer service supervisor, who stated a check had been sent out on 6/24/16 and she doesn't know why I never received it. I told her I wanted my money back and would give her my charge card number so she could credit my account immediately. She stated that was not possible. She put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back on the line she stated she had stopped payment on the first check and had another one issued. She stated the check would be processed on 7/19/26 and I would receive it in the mail on 7/22/16. I was in the process of asking her a question and she hung up on me. I to date (7/22/16) still do not have my money. My charge card should have never been billed until my order was shipped. This is a poor way of handling online orders and a business. I have never been treated in this way trying to get a refund. I feel like I will never see my money. I will definetly never purchase anything from them again. BEWARE EVERYONE!
