The sales process was sound. We agreed on terms, timeframe and format. Once handed to a Project Manager, it all fell over. He couldn't get anything right which didn't concern me. What did concern me was the way they masked their incompetence with blame.
In the end, I paid them close to AUD$1000 for no result. One of their consultants called me, advised the Project Manager had been sacked and would I like them to continue the work. I asked for a refund. Still awaiting reply...

Very Very poor services! Been trying to develop a site for almost a year now just spending not only money but time which I believe is more important and most of the time just received excuses from the company! Mr Kaushik the project manager is a lazy guy. Talks more than work. Tipical guy that is good on talking but not really on making things happen. Guys be aware. Booked my contract with them on Elance (previously with ONQuas) then they started contacting me saying that Business Pro Designs would be the one responsible to develop the site! .... They will write all the excuses to say that I was the one bla bla bla ... if you do not want to believe me, go there and lose money and time yourself! They are very good in delaying responses and keep asking for money in advance ... Be aware! I am telling you

Never Never Never use this company. You will regret it. I listened to their promises, paid them, listened to their excuses over and over again. And now I don't even have the files that I paid for. They are out of business don't give them your money.
