Busbud

NEVER use Busbud. There’s no point!
They DO NOT provide “e-tickets”, it is a voucher only that you have to swap at a ticket office, but you never know if the ticket office is open! Mine wasn’t. 
Budbud say they are not at fault and 2 weeks later I can’t get a refund. Booking with these guys gives you no assurance of travel.

Had the most horrific experience with the bus. My boyfriends father was shown away from intercity. After blame was shifted to 3 different reasons to try put it on us. Asked inter city for footage where they ignored me. I booked though bus bud and when I messaged then I had no response at all.

Worst service ever. No customer service, no flexibility in transaction. I recommend booking through Via Rail directly. I have lost $200 just because they are incompetent. I bought an escape ticket on a wrong date and they have the policy of changing the tickets within 24 hour of purchase. I’ve been trying to contact them for 24 hours but no one answers the phone and to understand how to navigate their website is so complicated. I will never use this company and sincerely recommend that no one use them for any service.

I booked a train trip for 06:28 which is clearly in the morning but they sold me a ticket for 18:28 When I noticed the error, it was too late to go through Busbud so I had to abandon their ticket and book a new one through Vía Rail. They say no system error so no refund. It can't be my mistake. No one would confuse the times 06 and 1800. I advise, never use Busbud if you don't want to lose money on an incorrect booking.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I was really happy with the prices, the drive out there was so relaxing. I can't wait to do it again to visit my cousin in Kelowna!
