We had an exceptional delivery experience at Burjeel Al Najda Abu Dhabi. Doctors and nurses were incredibly attentive, making us feel at ease every step of the way.Dr. Pathukutty, we want to sincerely thank you for your presence at the time of Labour. Your guidance for the past 9 months helped to have a normal delivery. Forever grateful for your dedication.Labour room Doctors and nurses were really supportive, always greatfull for their kindness, support, and empathy . postpartum care was also excellent. Really appreciate all the staff who were being supportive throughout the time in the hospital.

I had an excellent experience at Burjeel Hospital . The staff was professional, attentive, and caring throughout my stay. The male nurse is very rough when he used the Needle on my blood test and IB, receptionist and the male (Indian) nurse did not inform me that the IB and the materials he used for me is fully charged on my part not covered by Daman basic and the (Arabic) pharmacist is adding more box on my antibiotic,”when I asked the copy of my prescriptions he removed the extra box”.not saying sorry.i was in burjeel for medication not purchasing customer.and I called 80055 hotline of burjeel Najdah to ask for my sick leave they did not send yet as the 2 receptionist promised earlier this midnight to send through my e-mail, un politely Ms. Angela (the Indian) Call center agent of this number is keeping on answering me for 4-5 times within 24 hours” I told her my company asking for it, it’s required for me to tender it this morning to our management.the she’s hold my call after 2-3 minutes only saying that I need to email the burjeel.emergency@reception.com. I thought Burjeel hospital has the excellent services, how it turns out like this backed experienced???

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Burjeel Hospital Abu Dhabi for their exceptional care and support during my wife’s pregnancy. A special thank you to Dr. Pathukutty Muhammed for her expertise, compassion and guidance throughout the entire journey. She made us feel comfortable and at ease during every visit and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our baby boy was born on 19th September 2024, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. PATHUKUTTY and the entire team. The nurses and support staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The hospital is immaculate and the environment made us feel safe and well cared for. We truly appreciate the efforts of everyone at Burjeel Hospital, and highly recommend it to others.
