I visited Burger King in BKC and tried the Crispy Burger and Cappuccino—both were great with no complaints at all. The burger had the perfect crunch, and the coffee was just right. As usual, the Burger King ambiance is spot-on, and this store is no exception. The service is decent, and the place is clean and tidy. You place your order through a self-service machine, so the staff mainly handles food prep and serving. Overall, everything is smooth, and it's a pleasant spot to grab a quick, satisfying bite.

First time visited along with colleagues. Enjoyed lunch here. Multiple options are available in vegetarian as well as Non vegetarian. Little crowded due to lunch time. Overall look and feel was good. Service was good. Just delivered in 15 minutes. Taste was awesome. Cost was okay okay type. My office is in same building but couldn't manage to visit this outlet. Overall it was good place to sit and discuss if you want to have long discussion on lunch table.

I recently visited the [Your Location] Burger King for a late-night takeaway. While the restaurant is open for orders until 3:00 AM, the AC is inexplicably turned off after 11:00 PM. This creates an incredibly uncomfortable and even suffocating environment for customers, especially those who are still dining in or waiting for their orders. It's unacceptable that customers are expected to endure sweltering temperatures while enjoying their meals or waiting for their takeaways. This policy significantly hampers the customer experience and discourages late-night visits. I urge Burger King to reconsider this policy and ensure a comfortable environment for all customers, regardless of the time of day.

Food is good but service is so so so bad. Always check bill and your full order because they may fool you by replacing coke with shake and adding additional cost without permission. No tomatoes due to increase in price is so immature decision of the brand My meal was of 400 rs wherein there was just 2 burger fries and a shake. Totally disappointed. So proper behaviour while talking and no action taken by the manager on the employee even after proving she was wrong.

I'll give a 3 because I visit this location regularly and have never had a problem until today. My sister had an issue that I will not go into with her food...
