The worst ever insurance company. Just like all other reviews. They reject everything that doctors request. I guess they know more than the doctors. Just a short story, I had shoulder surgery a few years ago. They approved the surgery, but rejected the stitches. And do you notice they don't even reply to your reviews, because they don't care for their customers. Just want the money from the companies.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this insurance provider. A significant number of my claims have been rejected, often with explanations that seem to overlook the medical expertise of my healthcare providers. This makes it challenging to receive the support I expected. Despite the level of coverage I signed up for, I frequently feel like I have the lowest tier of insurance when visiting hospitals or clinics. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would.

Worst ever, their “doctors” seem to think that they are consultants in every specialty and know the patient better than the attending doctors at the hospital. They reject whatever they “feel” is not necessary. As long as the case is not Life Threatening, they dont think the patient deserves to receive the health care.

I am extremely disappointed with Bupa Arabia. Their policies and procedures are inadequate and seem designed to decline claims rather than support their customers. The approval process is a nightmare slow, opaque, and frustrating. It's clear that this company prioritizes profit over the well-being of its policyholders.
