Bubba's Restaurant

Small restaurant that I tried with my family. The wait wasn’t too long on a Monday afternoon. Ordered the Bubba’s taco, Bubba’s borders, and loaded tater tots. The tots were crispy and seasoned great. The burgers were done perfect medium-rare, which I think is rare for burger joints to get the temperature right in traverse city. The taco tasted great with good crispy chips and gauc. However, the entree was more of a burrito than a standard taco - perhaps the chef will benefit from splitting the taco fillings into two different shells rather than 1 giant shell to make it easier to consume. Otherwise, good atmosphere and very friendly service. Will come back again.

Typical bar vibe but I have to say the food and drinks were incredible! I got the bloody Mary that came with it's own appetizers on top...enough for 2....my wife got a Boozy milkshake that was very flavorful. The burgers were amazingly cooked / creative and very flavorful! I highly recommend the Shrek but it is a beast of a burger! Our waitress and the serving staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment!

I'm glad we got on the wait list and didn't get impatient. Waitress was amazing , pretzels and beer cheese hot and fresh and tasty. I have the brisket burger w fries , my husband had the mushroom Swiss burger w sweet potato . All of it was delicious and the amount of food we received was more than we could eat. Leftovers for dinner 🥳

Let me tell you, I have seen many chicken sandwiches in my day, but the Fiona at Bubba’s? A true work of art. A masterpiece. I almost felt bad eating something so beautiful… almost. One bite in, and I knew I had found the one. Crispy, juicy, perfectly sauced—this sandwich changed me. In fact, I talk about Bubba’s so much that my friends have officially started calling me Bubba. Am I mad about it? Not at all. It’s a title I wear with pride. If loving this place is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.

Bubbas burger and onion rings were delicious! Same with the cherry salad!!! Very good food - a bit expensive. The salad was large. I loved the cherries and nuts inside, and the burger tasted like a backyard bbq burger 🍔 YUM!!!
