Excellent professional care. Wait time was short. PA Kara and RN Elvis were great!! Scary issue for me but they helped me through it with concern for me, knowledge about the issues, humor, compassion, and caring. Check-in RN (Stewart? I forgot his name) was great. Comforting that the RN checking you in was a caregiver rather than someone who just filled in the blanks. He was professional and knowledgeable about my issues. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at BSA. Called back the next day with an issue and he helped me more than my specialist MD or PA. These three need to go into private practice. They understand what the practice of medicine is about.

Our experience at BSA Health for the delivery of our daughter was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. The labor and delivery ward was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The nurses and doctors were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, ensuring that we felt informed and cared for every step of the way. Their compassion and dedication made a significant difference during this special time. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care we received and highly recommend BSA Health for anyone expecting a new addition to their family. I had emergency situations going on. Emergency room was just ok. Not great. But not bad either. However, the care I received one in was wonderful. Wonderful. Every doctor/nurse/tech was kind, compassionate, attentive, and accurate with treatments. I am so blessed to have had them take care of me during this super scary time

Been coming here my whole life. Y'all going to give my record away like you did Kylei's? How can I get my medical record out of the possession of BSA entirely? Since you have no problem with your nurses using our medical records as gossip. Class action lawsuit? How can we trust this business with our records know it's just fodder for the nursing staff to entertain themselves with?

I unfortunately have had to have numerous surgeries in the past 2 years, the people, doctors, nurses, admitting, x ray, cafeteria, housekeeping, surgery nurses, everyone involved went out of their way to keep me as comfortable as possible. I completely felt trust to put my life in their caring hands... thank you so much!!! 🙏💓
