I really appreciate Roger the assistance service manager for his help I bought a truck with heating a problem not again hot air in the cabin. They did work on the truck charge me almost $1840 but the truck is not fixed the explanation. I have to flush the coolant to get the heater to work when I called MK dealer they said that has nothing to do with the coolant to flush , plus on the top of that. I got damage to my truck when I left I was a black paint on my front passenger wheel.

Do not come here unless you want a bad truck or be lied too for days on end. Came here out of state was promised one thing and once was there found out something completely different. The truck I wanted to buy was leaking oil had engine leaks and all that the sales guy Dante said was this is normal for trucks like this. Then he couldn’t give my money back wasted a week of mine with false claims and lies. Don’t come here. I spoke to people who bought brand new trucks from here and they even told me. After 2 months engine light would come on. Dante fix up

Sold us a box truck, cross country, they guaranteed the quality of the truck, and it showed up with paint missing from the hood, a missing hood latch, a broken side step, and a broken roll up. When I reported these issues they responded with "it was fine when it left". DO NOT TRUST THEM AT THEIR WORD, INCLUDING THE MANAGERS.

I bought leveling valve and paid 188 for the one with all the connections. Every connection leaked. Changed them out with stuff I got from other people except one t. As I'm doing my pre trip airing up one side of the t blew out. The hose all the internals of the connection and everything. I fake it up there and ask for a back up since I have one t still on it that I don't trust now. They wouldn't warranty it because they don't know what happened to it. All the parts were on the counter in front of him. It's simple. The part failed. Better off ordering off of Amazon.

The salesman Dante Farrell was awesome. He took his time and explained everything, very honest, no hidden agenda. Bought 2019 Mack. Thank you Dante fir your help.
