Be careful. if you sign up for a job with them. I know someone, who worked for them as an assessor. All seemed to be fine. She loved the job, and was loved by the clients. Got great reviews. Then got fired after 3 months. Reason: They had reached the kpi required for the extension of the government contract. However, they were too scared to tender out a 13 weeks temp contract, because they knew nobody would sign up for that. Pretty low for a Care Group... Actually they should get rid of the term "Care" in their name. Just Brightwater Group...

Brightwater at Home .This is a large organisation that has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Carers would just not turn up and there were a raft of excuses. Then they would over charge. We had to go through the statements line by line. It would take months with numerous emails to get our queries responded to. My father was out of pocket about $1400 per month. We changed providers and for the exact same service out of pocket $160 per month.

With such a long history of law suits against them and failure to give care and take responsibility, I do NOT advise anyone to use this aged care provider. They do not take feedback seriously, and they will NOT provide a safe place for your loved one, you have been warned. There are far better options in Perth

Really happy with the services Brightwater have offered for some years now to my elderly mother. Helping us navigate through funding packages successfully and this has resulted in us being able to keep her at home longer. We have a wonderful coordinator, Jacqui, who does her utmost to ensure Mum gets looked after and always responds quickly to requests, is proactive with suggestions and forward planning, is a lovely person and basically looks after everything and always keeps us informed. Based on our experiences with Brightwater, I can highly recommend their services. Thank you BW.
