Please avoid this company I ordered 2 shirts from them over 6 weeks ago and 1 arrived and was too small didn't send correct size it's not hard to read an order and pick correct size. I am still waiting on the 2nd tshirt to arrive and I am constantly on the email to them as nobody will answer a phone. Fuming with this company, they just send a standard email reply stating they will reply within 3-5 working days. How are companies like this even allowed to operate its a disgrace, probably kids trying to act like adults and make mummy and daddy proud. Useless robbing company avoid avoid avoid please.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered from BrandAlley on 23rd September, and still haven't received my order. I got a notification from FedEx saying my parcel was delivered, yet suspiciously they didn't show a delivery address on the tracking. Also, it stated that they delivered to reception, when I live in a house. Contacted BrandAlley who said they need to investigate, but now they are ignoring my emails. It's a shame as a few years ago I ordered from this company without any trouble. Sadly it seems now they have deteriorated, especially based on all the negative reviews I've read on various websites.

Very dissappointing. I bought 2 jumpers which were far too big although described as ''small''. I returned them within the agreed time. Only one was refunded. I tried contacting customer services asking for the other one to be refunded, only to receieve an email saying my email was ''blocked''. I hate inefficiency. I'm in the process of complaining but hate having to waste time & efort when things should be straight forward.

I am with Brand Alley for 5 years +, never had a problem. Every time I contacted customer service via email and always received a response after few days. All my returns were accepted and money refunded back. They never lie about divevery time, have 2 options- express and longer, that can take 3-4 weeks. Always received within that time frame! Highly recommended!

I've been shopping with them for years. However, the recent change of returns put me off big time. So much hassle and so expensive. The delivery and return charges are high, its taking pleasure of saving money away. Plus its always long wait for your order. I think I will have a break for now, hopefully they will offer some improvements soon.
