No stars!!!!! Do not buy!!!! They do not work at all. Years ago the headphones were cool. Now there is no app or software for them.

Absolute garbage, low quality product with zero customer service. Pick another brand. Silicone split on right earpiece, glued it together just to have the left one stop charging. Bluetooth connection very poor as well.

I bought the phone dash pro used once, I imported a store in the United States after 1 month arrived at my address in Brazil, I used the phone for 1 time and it stopped working I am 15 days keeping email contact with Bragi (request 344344) and have already done all the procedures for updating and repair that I was informed by the operators (Karl / Joe) but without success, I would like to know the procedure of sending the headphones for the repair and verification of why it stopped working because it is under warranty.
