I had a very good experience, all staff spoke English and were helpful. You can buy a box and package your goods to be sent here. Lots of tables and tape to do so. Package prices werent expensive either.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at this post office. The staff member on duty rudely tore open my envelope, displaying a lack of professionalism in handling customer complaints. To provide context, I had sent a letter via priority service the day before, with the intention of ensuring its next-day delivery. The same staff member, an elderly lady who assisted me in paying for the service, received my letter and processed the transaction. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the specific mailing requirements in Belgium, where the destination address must be placed on the front of the envelope and the sender's address on the back. Regrettably, the lady did not clarify this information during our transaction. Consequently, I placed both addresses on the front of the envelope, under the designated "To" and "From" sections. She accepted the letter and placed it in the collection box. The following day, to my surprise, I received my letter back at my address. Upon returning to the post office to address the issue, I lodged a complaint with the same lady who had assisted me the day before. Rather than acknowledging the oversight or apologizing, she grumpily asserted that it was my fault, claiming she always informs customers of the address placement rule. She even denied remembering my visit from the previous day. Despite explaining that she should have clarified the mailing instructions, she insisted it was my responsibility and proceeded to rip open my envelope. Adding to the frustration, when I sought assistance from security and another staff member, they refused to intervene, insisting that I return to the same lady to resolve the matter. This response was both disheartening and unhelpful, as they deemed it outside their purview despite her unprofessional behavior.

I stopped by today to mail some postcards and was expecting terrible service, but instead, I was greeted warmly by an employee at the door. He was very helpful with clear instructions. The lady at the service counter was helpful as well. Did I get lucky today or were they misunderstood?

They are normally quite good and caring to help out but however I don’t know if it’s branches fault or the system if bpost, but they could lose a huge package of yours and never track it back in the system. Postman won’t even call your door half the time and just will leave a note while you are at home the whole day
