Only open from 9:30 to 13:00 on Saturday for full-time working people, don't come past 11 because the waiting lines are going past the front door. They have 3 desks available yet even in the busiest time there's only one manned by personel. A sweet man but he is kind of slow and likes to talk a lot. Gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1.

The worst service ever, I walked in asked for help to send the letter and just because I was speaking in english they pushed me away insisting to buy envelopes while they are helping dutch speaking people and giving them envelopes for free, super racist place. i will never go back there again

I went there to collect my package after seeing opening hours on bpost.be but to my surprise there is a printed paper on door saying "TODAY THIS BPOST IS CLOSED". OK THEN I WENT NEXT DAY, THEN I SEE SAME PAPER WITH WORD TODAY. WOW.....WHAT UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR....NOW I AM NOT SURE IF IT IS OPEN OR CLOSED WHEN I WILL GO THIRD TIME. WHY CAN NOT THEY JUST PUT ON THE EXACT DATES OF CLOSURE. WHAT IF SOMEONE IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A PARCEL. HOW A PARTICULAR BPOST OFFICE IS CLOSED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION ON OFFICIAL WEBSITE OR EVEN ANY REASON. WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN BY ANY POSTAL SERVICE.

I've been coming since the shop was closed 3 times, if it's possible you can tell me when it's open because I'm just wasting my time coming there many times

Post office open till 6.30 PM Came at 4PM and post office was closed even though it said on the door that it is open. Waited for over 30 mins and no signs of life from anyone Avoid this post office !
