Horrible experience, my mom went to this hospital’s emergency center cause she had experienced a heart attack on Saturday and she got horribly mistreated and also she had gotten discriminated by one of the nurses, the nurse also raised her voice at her without any reason. Also one of the people of the front desk treated her very horribly and he didnt even let her talk. If you want to have a horrible hospital experience come to Boston medical center where nurses lack basic empathy.

I went there with a friend for a radiation service. It was quick and staff was courteous. The crazy fact is that it is hard to get a parking place. And the Valet parking service is expensive. To have an idea of the price range, I took a picture and share here.

I am a raptured brain aneurysm survivor. I have been a patient of BMC since 2019. I have been getting good care with all the Neurologist that were assigned to me. The reason for me leaving a feedback today is because of Dr. Mohamad Abdalkader. Not only did Dr. Abdalkader saved my life, he has also proactively recommended to have both of my daughters have an MRI to check for any possible brain aneurysm. The best thing is HE RECOMMENDED that they get scanned! I did not have to ask. His office also helped get the testing done, and my kids had the MRI appointment and an appointment to see him on the same day. This is the type of care you expect from your healthcare providers. They look after you and your loved ones to make sure you remain healthy. Dr. Abdalkader is truly a GREAT and COMPASSIONATE doctor. I am blessed that he was the one who operated on me when my brain aneurysm raptured in 2019.

Every time I call to make an appointment certain departments do not answer and even when I leave a message they do not call back after days / weeks, I feel like a lot of the worker are lazy and don’t take their job seriously. Even sometimes the cleanliness of the clinic it self is not always top notch

I went to the emergency, I was waiting for 4h after checking in the waiting area. I ended up leaving because this people don't care about anyone's pain. They never called me, people be just walking in and they triage people take them straight to the back to be seen while you on the other hand been waiting for 4 or more hours to be seen. BMC sucks.

I really appreciate the hospital's mission: Exceptional care without exception. Everyone, regardless of wealth or social status is equally cared for....
