Every time I call to make an appointment certain departments do not answer and even when I leave a message they do not call back after days / weeks, I feel like a lot of the worker are lazy and don’t take their job seriously. Even sometimes the cleanliness of the clinic it self is not always top notch

I had the daunting task of helping a loved one who was released from jail to the streets while detoxing and homeless. Unsure of where to turn, I found incredible support at Faster Paths and Project Assert at BMC. From the moment we arrived, I was amazed by the compassion and efficiency of the staff, particularly Trudy at Project Assert. Contrary to my expectations of being turned away due to the late hour, the staff immediately attended to our needs. Within half an hour, my loved one received the necessary medication and, even more impressively, they secured a placement at a treatment center, ensuring he wouldn't be left to fend for himself on the streets. They even arranged transportation to get him there safely. During such a challenging time, their swift action and genuine care made an enormous difference. It's clear that programs like this are invaluable; they truly work miracles. I cannot express enough gratitude to Faster Paths and Project Assert for their dedication and effectiveness in connecting individuals with critical support when they need it most. Special thanks to Trudy, who not only provided exceptional support but also made a lasting impression on my loved one. Their kindness and professionalism are commendable. Thank you again for everything.

I wrote a bad review of the alopecia Clinic which demanded a referral even though my Medex coverage didn't require and upon their receiving the referral advised no appts available ever. After my bad review received a call giving me appt for 9/29. After waiting approx 2 months got call 9/26 canc. appt as doctor going to conference. This is beyond bad patient care. I would give 0 stars, would not post review without at least one star.

Horrible experience, my mom went to this hospital’s emergency center cause she had experienced a heart attack on Saturday and she got horribly mistreated and also she had gotten discriminated by one of the nurses, the nurse also raised her voice at her without any reason. Also one of the people of the front desk treated her very horribly and he didnt even let her talk. If you want to have a horrible hospital experience come to Boston medical center where nurses lack basic empathy.

Concerned about ER Experience at BMC (10/12/24) I visited the BMC ER on 10/12 at 12 pm with shortness of breath, abdominal distension and neck pain. Triage was efficient, considering my pre-existing conditions. Quick EKG and admission followed. However, despite: - Multiple EKGs - 3 blood draws (coagulation issues) - CT scan with dye - X-ray I was discharged without medication or a clear understanding of my symptoms or why such pains/disconfort ..being sent home after more than 7 hours home with instructions to follow up with my PCP, I expect better patient care and attention to alleviate concerns. Where’s the attention to patient care - feeling frustrated I very disappointed and my conditions from the morning has remained the same .
