Overall bookmyshow is sinking & worst services, even they are not bothered about customer review & feedback. This is an fourth party or middle charging the commission for the platform but there is any other service support, firstly I lost Rupee 5000 on the clown international festival then again Rupee 3500 on the live concert in Pheonix Mall which was not been concluded. They are not refunding the amount & no support on chat or on the call too. Very very worst experiences

I had the worst experience with BookMyShow and feel compelled to warn others. Their service is absolutely horrible, and their customer support team is completely useless. They show no care for their customers, treating us like we don't matter at all. It felt like they were only interested in taking my money, with no regard for resolving my concerns or offering any kind of respect or dignity. The way they handle customers is degrading, and it’s clear they see people as just a source of business. On top of that, they partner with the worst cinemas, further ruining the entire experience. The lack of accountability and empathy is shocking. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, DO NOT book tickets through BookMyShow. They don't care about their customers, only their profits. My dignity and respect were completely disregarded. Please avoid this platform to save yourself from the frustration and disappointment I went through. Booking ID: TQALERN

Waste company, waste app, waste people. Imagine going to a restaurant, and they say they are unable to serve food. Looks like a restaurant booking app does a better job with booking tickets than an actual ticket booking app. What a joke
