Bonobos

I had been hearing lots of great reviews from friends who love shopping at Bonobos on Madison Avenue. I had a feeling that the fashionable store might be primarily aimed at younger men but on the urging of one of my colleagues, I went to their store and was introduced to Lukas, who did a fabulous job helping me pick out a very classy looking blazer. While i only bought one sports jacket today, I’m planning to return soon to continue to upgrade my wardrobe!

My new favorite apparel store. I have muscular calves and struggle to find pants that can accommodate them without being too tight and fitting poorly. I stopped in at Bonobos a while back and Nia was incredibly helpful in finding the right size and cut of pant to give me a great fit. Now they’re the old chinos and jeans I’ll wear

I've purchased from Bonobos online before, but this time my husband and I decided to visit one of their physical stores. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, no one greeted us, and I had to approach an employee for assistance. The man, who wore glasses and had white hair, informed us that the store was a showroom only. He seemed offended that we didn’t already know that, but isn't it part of the staff's job to clarify what the place is and answer any questions about products? After telling us this, he didn’t offer any further help and just stared blankly at us. This lack of customer service was frustrating. It's your responsibility, to ensure customers feel welcome and informed. Happy to say we won’t be returning to this location. I ended up purchasing two suits just a block away at Suit Supply that day.

Nia is the best! Great shop with knowledgeable people. Nia did a fantastic job in finding me what I was looking for. She did a great job sizing me too!

Really appreciate the one on one consultation service. I have been shopping at bonobos for almost 10 years and this is my go to location because of the friendly and helpful service.
