Lots of potential, but easily the most mismanaged company in history. Even if their management team was able to get out of the way, the business model is flawed. Welcome to Enron part 2.

Incompetent management and misuse of investor funds. Communication with shareholders is non-existent, along with zero communication of trials and other important metrics to those financially interested the company. Andrew (CEO) should be fired and replaced asap.
