Pathetic service. I regret purchasing bluestar ac for my clinic. Have had problems after just 2 years of purchasing my ac and have paid almost 12k on repair work. The technicians dont have any idea what they are doing...not ready to check and do some temporary work for 2 months and the problem recurs after which they say that it must be leak in some new place. Totally fed up of their service . Also they outsource their service and noone is actually interested in fixing the issue once product is sold. Dont buy bluestar . If there was a zero star rating i wld have given that.
