Highly recommend avoiding this company to sell your small business. Severe lack of communication, follow up, appropriate processes, and commitment to truly and properly assist. We regretfully chose their services thinking their long history of success in their primary industry would also translate to their business sales. Instead of actively pursuing leads or properly handling interested prospects on our behalf, we were treated like nothing more than a number.

I have 55, now 56, reviews and I just now have to write my first 1 star review for the property that I've been living in for two years and for this management company: This place, Mitchel Park Plaza, use to be decent. Not great, but okay. New management under Block has been absolutely unbearable. The hallways are always dirty. The facilities in disrepair. Broken elevators, fire alarms at all hours day and night, garage doors stuck open for days letting whatever and whoever inside. The management staff is demeaning, belittling, and flat out lying about people when you try to communicate with them or work with them. When I moved in here 2 years ago I would have given then 3-4 stars. I would give them negative stars now if I could. Renters beware. Anywhere else is has to be better.

You will not get your deposit back no matter how great a tenant you are. They will make up problems with fans, doors, and maintenance issues. Flat out crooks. They have daylight showing through their wall joints and water leaking in everywhere but they will find a way to take your money for made up claims. We moved out in June...still haven't received anything back. Now they claim we get $100 from a $3,000 deposit in October. Just disgusting.

This company is a joke, and if anyone is looking for a building to lease, don't. Except if you want a bill for 3k to patch pot holes that never actually got patched.

If you are a small business run out of piece of real estate you own, and you are approached by Block with a buyer, you must proceed with caution. They do not necessarily have a buyer. What they want is for you to furnish everything about your business (all financial and all business practices) and then they will market it. It’s exhausting, it’s troublesome to ongoing business, and it’s a bit of a hustle. Focus on your business. That’s my .02 cents.

One star is generous. We do not know who this group of agents are but we do know they are notorious for posting fraudulent listings and making false claims....
