Been a big fan of black milk for over 10 years and have worn my old stuff to death and it holds up. Over the years I have bought a lot secondhand as well. Recently I bought my first new pair from them in a long time and was shocked at how much the quality has gone down. I can’t even wear the tights because they’re so saggy and sheer. Sad to see this happen to a company I loved.

Amazing customer service, ordered on a Friday just before 12 midday and order was ready for collection by 2pm the same day!! Outstanding customer service, other online clothing sellers could learn a thing or two from this company! Product is also amazing, great quality - will definitely be purchasing from BlackMilk again, thanks guys!!!

Very Poor Communication and obviously no interest in customer service WHATSOEVER. I have been in love with Blackmilk for years and own a bit of their stuff. Never had any issues, until recently. The release of the new Pokemon collection was excellent, and from the perspective of a seller there would be an expected high intake of people trying to buy items as it is a very popular series (Myself am a huuuge Pokemon lover). You would think that all precautions would be in place to ensure that purchases get correctly looked after and a decent customer service team would be there to assist - boy was I wrong. All I wanted from the second Pokemon launch (already bought items from the first one) was the Ghost Evolution Handkerchief Dress & Bulbasaur Overalls. I triple checked my cart before processing the order. Everything went fine on my end and Afterpay processed as normal and first payment came out. I hadn't had any update for 5 days before it took me having to email them that I had not received a confirmation email. It then took them another 5 days to respond to my email, only to find out that 'there was no such order placed on our end'. So not only did it take me having to follow up on them, if I didn't message them they would have kept my money if I kept paying it without following up on my order. Not to mention, I have missed out on two of the items that I made sure I was on the website for at 7am - processed around 7:02am. Nothing was offered other than a refund, and they wouldn't even bother calling me to talk to me. I had to message their instagram only for them telling me that the landline they have listed is not in use (even though i called it 3-4 times and left a message). I have been hearing bad things about this company lately from people who used to work there and stories of models etc and this just proves it - no care for people whatsoever, only about money. I'm sad to say I won't be buying from them any more - I was really looking forward to this set. I work in retail and customer service and can see it from both perspectives and as a company this stuff should not be happening - and I am not the only one this has happened to recently.

I love my Black Milk leggings and thankfully I was able to snag some at the sample sale this past Saturday. I didn't go early and I probably missed out on...

I came here 4 days ago since I had missed the grand opening. PROS: -yay, Black Milk's now in the US! I'm thrilled they decided to open in LA 1st!!! -easy...
