I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Black Bear. From their customer service to creativity, I’ve been nothing less than impressed with them! After making the decision to redesign our company’s website, I immediately began by doing my homework and initial research. Blackbear was the 3rd or 4th company I interviewed or met with, and the second that I met Jena in their local office, I knew that Black Bear was going to be the new home for my website. She was knowledgeable, experienced, engaged and made me feel comfortable about handing the entire process over to her team. I loved the opportunity to meet with the entire team during our initial kick-off meeting and was impressed by the fact that everyone was present...not to shove ideas in my face, but to genuinely learn about my company, our services and goals. Erin, their awesome content writer, took the time to set up individual interviews to learn even more about us and our culture. Their SEO expert, Rebecca, has taken my calls and emails after hours and been more than willing to address all of my crazy SEO questions or concerns that came along with a redesign. A huge shout out to Tony and Dalton who were more than patient with me as I continued to change things up during the design process, you guys are awesome. Last but not least, I loved the fact that their co-founder, Randee, also participated and was available/responsive anytime I needed anything. Randee genuinely cares about her clients and the results produced by her team. Overall, I’m thrilled with the new site, it’s functionality, and more importantly, the results we are experiencing as a company! I would highly reccommend the Black Bear Design team to anyone interested in a skilled design team that will make you feel right at home. Thanks again, Black Bear!!

After a lengthy search for a local web designer we chose Black Bear Design and could not have been happier with the results. They were extremely attentive with all of our requests and their communication was top notch! We never wondered when something was due and they met every deadline that was promised. We would definitely consider working with Black Bear again and highly recommend using them.

Black Bear Design created a brochure for us for a new service line we are offering. From initial contact to closing the team was professional and enjoyable to work with. The brochure they created was exactly what we requested and incorporated all of the design points that were important to us. I highly recommend using Black Bear Design.

I am not sure if the positive reviews here are fake but it seems that way. I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I am a small business owner that was interested in supporting local business and hired this company to make edits to my website. It seems like basic website editing was outside of their realm. Numerous unanswered emails, countless wasted hours spent, and finished product was something my 9 year old nephew could do. After losing over $1160.00 dollars for them to do literally nothing, hired another person and the corrections that I needed them to fix she fixed in 2 hours. I was so impressed with her that I hired her to redo my entire site. My suggestion is to go elsewhere! If I could guess, I would probably be correct in saying that they outsource their design and know nothing about web design. I cant imagine that the simple tasks I asked them to complete would be so hard to execute. They couldn't even change my address on my site. Sad! Run far away from this company. Biggest mistake I have made thus far in 12 years of being in business.
