Decided to lock me out of my account, and took all my alt coins over a 6 month span as "account maintenance fees"... And then decided to give me access to the account again once it was emptied. Basically laundering money "legally".

What this company did should be illegal. I did get about 2/3s of my money out and lost the rest. The really crappy part is in trying to get my money out I got scammed. accidently opened a back door to my bank account. it slowly was drained to 0 after about 2 years. It about destroyed me. It was a very hard lesson to learn especially right after losing my son and his mother to carbon monoxide poisoning.

It took nearly a year and a half, but I was finally allowed to transfer my bitcoins into my personal wallet. Many tickets and follow ups and they ended un unlocking the withdraw function on my account. I would recommend to stay polite and cooperate and it should end up working out.

I give them one star because if I gave them no stars I’m sure this would not post. They went bankrupt and I could never get my money out because of their bull shit tickets that went either unanswered or they just wanted more info which was the info already provided. Now they say I can’t get my money as their final deadline passed. I filed their claim for bankruptcy court and it was approved. I feel they made this so complicated that people couldn’t get their money on purpose. Criminal!!

Maybe they rot in HELL for burning everybodys money with their new monthly minium theft "fee". Converted to todays btc value, the "fee" was more like 40-50€ usd per month.
