I am a vegan and have 2 orders revently in which I was delivered meals with meat (not what I ordered). The last time, 4 of the 10 meals were incorrect and had meat in them. Bistro MD customer service offered me $15 to make it right!! I am out at least $70 and they are now not responding to my calls or emails. Very unhappy with the service.

I liked it at first and lost some weight. Meals were good. But the service is horrible. I never know when to expect my meals. They sent 4 wrong meals one week and 6 wrong meals the next week, which I had to throw out, and they offer me $15. Nope. Unreliable.

Never received anything after spending a few hundred dollars. Luckily our bank refunded it as a fraudulent charge. Don't buy from this joke of a business. Their support team doesn't exist. Look at other reviews. Consistently missed shipments and no custo.er support answers the phone, calls back or replies to email.

DO NOT SIGN UP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE FOOD! I can not say ENOUGH negative things about this company. From shady business practices to bland disgusting food. I ordered my 1st week, it arrived late, food was not even subpar - ended up giving it to the neighbors just to get rid of it - when I went to go cancel my 2nd week order (prior to the deadline for ordering), a popup came up that I had already skipped this weeks meal - great, fast fwd, i get an email on Sunday stating its being mailed to me! I NEVER placed the order NOR CHOSE what I wanted! I have emailed this POS company several times for a refund and they refuse - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

I don’t recommend using this company. I initially enrolled with Bistro MD and tried their food for a couple of weeks and it upset my stomach. I spoke to a couple of their dietitians Morgan and Jessica. I then made the decision to switch to their sister company Balance. Unfortunately, although I tried a number of these meals they were very spicy and also upset my stomach. Today, I found a delivery on my doorstep which I didn’t authorize or even receive notification of via email. With my last delivery, I received email notifications almost daily regarding the status of my order. I phoned customer service and spoke with Sylvia who claimed that they had emailed me regarding this order which was false . I had no option to choose food, hold the delivery, etc. I spoke with Chris, a supervisor, who refused to send me a return shipping label, refund my credit card, etc. In speaking with Chris, it is my impression that this company takes advantage of their customers and tries to push through orders which aren’t authorized under their “terms of service “. Also, it was my impression that this wasn’t the first call Chris has received regarding this type of matter.
