Absolutely the BEST RV dealership out there! Real people, REAL QUALITY. REAL CARE. Bish’s stood right beside me through what was a “tricky” acquisition. I dealt with both the Kalispell and Meridian locations-I’m in WA. Professional while being SO VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. It’s been a LONG time since a company made me feel visible and my issues cared for. They delivered all the way around and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful that I found Bish’s. Fantastic team! Do yourself a favor-go with this team. And BishFix is a genius tech offering worth every penny (and it’s free for a full year!)

Everyone that buys an RV has heard of, or experienced, the "new RV quality issues" and the mandatory "RV shake down drive" that helps to find all of these issues. Well, my wife and I just bought our first RV 5th wheel this past week and lucky us, we got to experience both of these in the first week of owning it. Because we were expecting to have issues, it drove is to make 2 decisions...#1.... buy an Alliance because their reputation for having good customer support to resolve issues is supposed to be good. #2... buy from Bish's.....for the same reason. And I'm glad that we made both of these decisions. I want to send out props and a BIG THANK YOU to the RV FIX super-tech Lucas. Lucas spent 3 days with me trouble shooting 2 different water leaks and a DOA water heater. (None of these issues were caught during my 3rd party RV inspection or the PDI.) And as a bonus Lucas even helped me set up my new Lithium battery. Lucas was patient (remember my comment about this being my first RV), extremely knowledgeable, and provided clear directions and guidance for what he wanted me to look for and do. The happy ending of this story is that instead of sending our brand new purchase off to RV jail for weeks or months to get these issues fixed, we're now ready to go on our first RV trip. This RV FIX experience leaves me with a high level of confidence that if/when my next RV issue pops up, I'll be able to give RV FIX a call and there's a high likelyhood that we'll be continuing on with our RV trip, rather than heading back home or needing to drop it off at an RV repair shop somewhere in the US. Thank you to Bish's RV for making it possible for us to get a new RV. We had made a puchase two years ago from another RV place and we realized the RV we bought was not a good fit for us. Patrick Kaufman is our salesman. Excellent customer service! Patrick was so good at working with us to pick out an RV that was a good fit for us. He stayed in constant contact with us and helped us buy a 2024 Jayco Feather. We love our new RV. Jared from service was beyond helpful with the tour of our new RV and he was patient and kind while we asked our questions! He even helped us change a fuse on our truck so our lights would work. If I ever need to get work done at Bish's I hope we get to work with Jared.

Wow! I never would have thought that an RV buying experience could be this exciting and fun. I live 8 hours away from Meridian, and this was well worth my trip. Between Kyle, Kevin and Nate, the journey was perfect. My wants and needs felt foremost in every step. I would recommend Bish's of Meridian to anyone who is in the market for a new or used RV.... Thank you again, I'm going to enjoy my new Jayco for many years to come........

As an update to an earlier review - we purchased a new Brinkley trailer from Bish’s. Initially we had issues with the water heater, however Bish’s covered the repair cost to replace the unit. Appreciate the service and support.
