For past 15 years we have been purchasing from bhima comparing to the other bhima outlets this place has a huge and wide range of collections. Especially loved their antique and chettinad collections but the only thing is for normal as well as in antique collections the VA ( MAKING CHARGE + WASTAGE) has been increased and felt that it is bit high. Most of the bangles even with some minimal designs the VA is more than 18%. But the customer service provided here is the best one. Really loved their hospitality.

The recent visit to Bhima was overall positive. The hospitality and refreshments provided were commendable, making for a pleasant experience. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made: 1. **Broader Range of Designs and Collections**: Expanding the variety of designs and collections would enhance the shopping experience. Currently, the options feel limited, and introducing a wider range could attract a broader audience. 2. **Lightweight Jewelry**: The availability of lightweight pieces is quite rare. Increasing the stock of such items would cater to customers looking for more comfortable and everyday wear options. 3. **Diamonds Collection**: It would be beneficial to have diamond collections starting from a lower price point, such as ₹5,000. This would make the range more accessible and appealing to a wider customer base. Overall, while the service and environment were excellent, broadening the collections and adjusting the range of products could significantly improve the shopping experience at Bhima.

We have been purchasing from this showroom for a long time, but the one thing that I have noticed is that the customer service has been on a declining trend. We visited this jewelry today to purchase a ring. What followed was a horrendous experience. The store was jam packed because of some offers they were running today. The sales executives attended the customers randomly, we waited for around an hour at the counter for the first interaction. If I initiate a conversation with a sales executive they would rudely reply that they are attending someone. They were repeatedly announcing that they are sorry for the negative experience the customers are facing. Instead of announcing it like this give proper training to your executives to be at least courteous and to talk politely. I understand that facing an unprecedented rush could lead to delays, but venting your frustration out on your customers would not solve that. Being a senior citizen it was a physically and mentally traumatic experience to summarise. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. If there was an option to give a negative rating I would have given that.

Such a shitshow. Overcrowded with no proper customer service. The sales people just walk around without attending a single customer. If you ask them about something, they would just say that they are attending someone. I visited this jewelry because my parents insisted that this is a good one and they have been purchasing from here for years. The sales executives managed to change their opinion after putting them through this terrible experience. Came here to buy a ring, waited for like 1 hour just to get someone to attend us. The whole process took 2.5 hours. Nobody to attend the customers, nobody to handle the crowd, no proper system to keep things under control. Mismanagement at it's peak. The funny thing is that they announce "Sorry for the discomfort that the customers are facing" intermittently.
