I restarted my corporate journey after 5 years of gap and what a restart with Beyond Codes.. Training is a crucial part of any new role and good training can make your work easier and more productive. I can say that the training is different from my previous organizations as this is B2B. All the trainers were very helpful, and they were able to explain things in the best way possible. There were many new things which I learned in the training. The explanation of the topics covered was always in detail. The HR team was also very helpful at every step of onboarding. I would like to thank everyone involved in the process.

Amazing place to work and grow with. I have been associated with them for more than an year and realized that the values we seldom talk about in professional paradigm do exist at few workplaces. The opportunities to grow are tremendous and the team is wonderfully helpful. Be it a fresher or an experienced lad, all are given equal opportunities and totally depends on how good an individual is to make best use of it. Before joining the company i was a bit worried with few reviews online but soon i realized you cannot judge a book by its cover and that too when the cover is being put on by those few who would be unable to grow anywhere. Be it people, infrastructure, work culture, environment or any perquisites, BCI brand value excels plenty major names within tricity. The low attrition rate and the financial health of the company even during the harsh times of pandemic are something i personally have been proud of apart from the social causes that BCI management has always supported.

The worst organization of tricity with pathetic work culture . This organisation tortures its employees . The union of oldies dont allow new people to grow. The delivery head is full of attitude and has no managerial skills and do cheap politics against employees who question's his wrongdoings. He misuses his power.

The organization provides immense opportunities for growth and learning for its employees. Amazing company to kick start your career.
