Place like this, I am always concerned the waiting time. I asked the staff how long it takes to cook my ordered food, rice with fried veg, she said 10 mins. Surprisingly, it was just 10 mins as she said, and the food was good. but the price is over-priced of what you get in terms of portion and ingredients, and service quality. Make sure how long it will take, and if you see many people waiting before you, there are much more options available to avoid too long waiting time.

Manager and chefs have no idea how to handle the orders, saw 5 getting cancelled due to waiting way too long! Definitely need quicker service at an airport that too with a limited menu. Didn’t end up getting my order either

Horrible food. Tasteless momos and noodles. Chicken dish hash no chicken only coating. You are better off avoiding this place.

People here have no sense of urgency and do everything at their own snails pace

Today at 9.50pm I ordered Schezwan garlic fried rice at a price of Rs.393, it is totally waste of money, never ever eat in this chain of hotel, they are lootere, egg with cover was appearing in every bite
