Benugo

I visited a coffee shop inside Waterloo Station. The only positive aspect was its convenient location. Unfortunately, both the drinks and food were very mediocre. I couldn't finish my meal as it was quite unpalatable, and I left after eating less than half. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We brought food, water and beer and sat down in their seating area. A waitress approached us and told us that we would have to leave as this area was closed. They had no signs or barrier saying it was closed. We told her that we were waiting for our train and we would be gone in 10 mins. She insisted we left and we told her to go and get her manager as we were not ready to go. The manager came and also told us to leave. We asked why and they told us that it was because England were playing and they were afraid of football violence. I am 60 and my wife is in her 50s, our friends are older and retired. The really odd thing is the other part of the restaurant was full of families eating and drinking. Needless to say we will never go to Benugo again!

Awesome cafe with a good range of drinks and snacks. Good place to hang while you wait for train. Had excellent service from Shaikesh on Friday. Keep up the great work my friends.

My latte was bellow par sadly. Bitter coffee, not how I like to enjoy it at all. Milk barely frothy, (or milky) tasted like water was stronger than the milk. Croissant was crispy on the outside and delicious 👏🏻 staff were lovely and attentive. A nice place to people watch while waiting for your train.

I ordered a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, which they offered to toast....I think it was microwaved? Everything became one soggy, stodgy mess and went right in the bin. The coffee was fine but they are very stingy with their milk. Wouldn't go back.

Great fresh food. Good strong coffee. Double shot the norm! Organic milk and sustainable wood/bamboo cutlery. Very much above the norm for a train station...

I came here for a traditional British afternoon tea and it was a delight. Quick service that was also polite and kind - thanks to my lovely server Beth. It's a great place to treat yourself and your friends.

I am very disappointed how this pizzeria ! Bad service, bad pizza , bad value of money ! I ordered a children’s menu for my daughter and i paid 8 pounds for a pizza of 5 cm ! Don’t recommend it even if you don’t take the children’s menu ! The manager (Naeem) was very rude ! I don’t recommend it at all !

We ordered a kids’ menu, and when we got the pizza : it was the smallest pizza I’ve seen in my life ! We paid 8£ for a 4inches pizza !! We went to see employees : they were rude and arrogant ! Employees are rude, pizzas are really small and there wasn’t a good service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZERIA AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE KIDS’ MENU !!!!!!!!!

Food at ridiculous prices,awful seating , couldn't care less staff. Do not bother. Try the pub across the road instead for value for money.
