Always a great experience. If the person I'm talking to can't answer my question, they will find someone who does. Every car loan I've had has had lower interest rates than any other BANK. I've been with BECU since 1996 and I won't ever leave.

BECU has various options of banking from single individuals and seniors to a muligenerational families BECU ensures your essential business is taken care of. The tellers, customer services, and the drive-through banking employees put the BECU customer first. They are outstanding with excellent customer. The main branch location has a convenient handicapped entrance and plentiful disabled parking. Beautiful Christmas decor!

I have been to this Branch a few times since it's one of the only ones that you can do everything you need to do. The customer service has been good, other than one tell her I dealt with in the past. I didn't want to take too many pictures as it's a bank, and I'm not sure how they would feel about me taking pictures inside. Lol! Overall I like the bank and will always come here if needed.

Awful service with a lack of trained staff that was not letting me access my accounts as allowed. I have pulled a cashiers check multiple times at becu from multiple locations. But this teller refused to help after needing to receive help from two fellow associates and proceeded to write me off when i answered security questions with the same answers as always; it is pathetic that people in charge of the public money would hire such an incompetent worker.

The drive thru at this location wasn't busy, there was only 1 car in front of us, and it was late afternoon on Friday 10/18/24. The wait to get a deposit done was over 40 minutes and I didn't even need cash back. It looked like the tellers weren't doing anything but fooling around being disorganized. But this really isn't the only time they've been slow. Nonetheless, that's way too long a wait for no line. What the heck?

The BECU ATM literally broke while my husband was depositing a fairly large sum of money. Had to wait nearly a month to get our money back.
