Dear Debashish,
I feel this is a hoax message as we have a Beckman Coulter Particle Counter for liquids which is out of service (not working) and we have contacted your SO CALLED ESTEEMED COMPANY who has SO CALLED VERY GOOD ETHICS AND BELIEVES IN GOOD SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS.
However in reality you and your esteemed company do not give any aftersales service (I am referring to India as I do not know how your esteemed company work all around the world).
Hence I am stuck with your Particle Counter (supposed to be the most expensive and worlds best particle counter).
As ours is a testing lab we always tell our clients not to take your product and go for PAMAS instead.
Also we are sharing our experience on social platforms.
This is for your information only as we do not trust you to take any action.
We believe that your services are a hoax. AND HOAX IS HOAX.
