It was difficult to reach Beauty pie team initially by calling to report an empty parcel received. However, once I managed to get through customer service team explained the issue without delay they resend my order. Happy with purchase, good customer service.

I tried to change a delivery address straight after placing an order. Immediately sent many emails. It didn't work, they were more interested in endless 'how did we do?' rather than just changing the address. So now I have to try and collect it from my old house. Which is not easy when I work full time and am isolating. Then another issue, endless emails to replace an item that was damaged. The item is cheap, I'm a good customer and have recommended you to many friends, surely you would just replace it. We love your products, but hate the poor customer service - Ellie made me feel like an inconvenience and a liar
