Bardi's Steak House

I had a lovely valentines dinner at Bardi’s! The food was delicious, a calm peaceful atmosphere, and our server Chris was excellent! I highly recommend for your next date night :)

I wanted to try a traditional steakhouse but Bardis was old school in all the wrong ways. The food was very underwhelming. Our salad was topped with bottled Kraft Italian dressing and our calamari was definitely those pre-cooked frozen ones restaurants just had to put in the deep fryer. The steak was not a great cut even though we get their most expensive one. The decor and ambiance was like walking into a steakhouse from the 70s, and nothing had been cleaned or updated since then. Even the washrooms which are in the basement smelled like wet carpet. With the city having tons of wonderful steakhouses, this is one of the last I'd recommend.

Open since 1966 for a good reason. It's all what's a good steak house should be. Great, perfect steak with the best fries. Don't miss the onion rings.

Went here for my boyfriends birthday and let me tell you, I am honestly so disappointed with the food. He ordered a medium rare steak and it turned out well done that might as well call it “congratulation steak”. The seared scallops was so subpar. I personally think that its very over priced for the quality of the food. However, the service was great.

So overrated…bathrooms stink ,place is tired ….so many great places to eat. Sad to see nostalgic place go down in the dumps. Won’t ever be going back Come on …economy Cesar salad. I want it made from scratch paying that for a damn salad. Next! 🙄 Miss the ole Tulip on queen …12 oz Ny with all the trimmings plus desert for $25!! Their steaks stood up to the best in the city!!
