100% avoid it. There cake is even worst than any local bakery can provide. Picture on site something different than what they have actually delivered I I have ordered German black forest cake, and it cream is so bad in taste that I can’t even eat it

Chose their service for first time and place order for two cakes same day in Delhi and Chandigarh, timely delivered within 3-hour slot and the process was quick from placing order to delivery. Also received discount for next purchase, so far excellent experience and taste was also amazing. Actual cakes were slightly different to the pictures but still nice experience

This is for sector 14, gurugram store. The person at the reception is rude, I ordered the cake and requesting to add names and they r like "yha baat nhi hoti".. This is not good and unacceptable, Bakingo team kindly review and take action

I ordered donut orange cake after reading reviews, however what was delivered was not at all even close to the picture on their website. Not going to order again and never recommend to anyone. 1137131 Order no and same have been shared on Your whatsapp no. Had not been able to consume the cake it taste also very bad. Need refund for the same

I have tried their cake earlier also, through their website & swiggy, and the experience has been good. This time when I had cake cravingsbat 9pm, I thought of going and having the cake myself. The variety of cakes was very less given the time I went there. All cakes were nicely kept in the freezer. And the kitchen where they were making the cakes was done in glass walls and I could actually see cakes being made. The person present was very polite and knowledgeable about their products. I got black forest and a walnut brownie costed ₹560. The cake was good, not that chocolaty and not that sweet balanced. In between the layers they had choco chips also which gave nice crunch while eating. The brownie was not gooey, but tasted very good combine it with chocolate sauce/hot coffee/vanilla ice cream and you are donr for desserts. Will surely recommend it.
