I had the worst experience with this cake shop! Despite clearing all the details and making sure everything was perfect, they still managed to make a mistake on the cake. Even after correcting the issue, they are now demanding an additional Rs 300 for a reprint. Unbelievable! Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as they clearly don't value their customers or provide quality service. Stay away!

I placed an order yesterday with Bakingo at 11am and the payment was done and confirmed on mail and message, however at 10pm, yes at night 10 pm I get a call from their customer care which I miss, and on calling back and enquiring what was the reason for call and if any issues with the order, they inform me that my order has been cancelled as their store location is moved. I mean, how ridiculous can this be?? If you store has moved, it took you 10 hours to cancel and inform me? I could have arranged another cake, but they don't have great service and hence a huge disappointment. Can't rely on you guys for special occasion. Awaiting my refund now.

Ordered their two jar cakes - Red Velvet and Oreo. Ordered through their website so they sent through porter. Nice packaging. I liked the red velvet one more. Good for small small cravings :)

Disappointing Cake Delivery and Quality "I recently ordered a cake from Bakingo for my child's birthday. The delivery was scheduled to arrive between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, but it didn't arrive until 7:30 PM, causing significant disruption to our celebration. Furthermore, the cake itself was underwhelming. The excessive use of strong colors resulted in them transferring onto my child's face, which was both messy and unpleasant as it got really difficult to take it off. The taste of the cake was also disappointing, as it was excessively sweet and lacked any depth of flavor. I am extremely dissatisfied with the late delivery and the poor quality of the cake. I hope Bakingo can address these issues and improve their service in the future."

I placed an order for a jungle themed cake. The issues are 1. The fondant tasted like paper. 2. The grass was supposed to be made of fondant. But It was made of cream. 3. I expected more fondant on the cake given the expense of it. I understand the baker and artist took trouble to make such an aesthetic cake but atleast learn to make proper fondant. Celejor does it best!
