Purchased a box spring. Paid for curbside delivery. I will never do business with them again. Delivery associates were extremely unprofessional and very rude. Told me they don’t bring curbside orders to the door. And placed my order on the sidewalk like it was trash. The entire time they dragged it on the dirty ground. I had to call the manager to get them to do a service that I paid for. I don’t appreciate being lied to and the nasty attitudes from the delivery associates.

First heard of them through the mail ads, haven't stopped coming here since. Great quality furniture + accessories & service! Ray helped us out, he is the best!!!

How y'all sale people furniture with bed bugs on it please and explain and not only that you guys want to rush people for money and want to sale people dirty furniture with bedbugs on it don't make no sense and it's not just 1 bedbug it's multiple bedbugs been hiding on the furniture that's disgusting and make my skin crawl......count yall days Babcock...... literally it haven't been even a year since l've purchased this furniture and to see it have bed bugs on it make me real upset I can't even sit or sleep on my furniture because it had bedbugs on it...... after spending all this money on a damn furniture.....

I've been using Badcock for years, they have really sturdy furniture, even though it's a cheap price, sometimes I find it to be more durable and of a higher quality then more expensive furniture from their competitors. I've gotten a love seat, bedroom set, dining set, and a couch from them. Everything is still just as good as the day I bought it circa 2016. My most recent purchase was a power reclining sofa, and I had it for a while, the power stopped working in my side and I thought it was about out of warranty so I called, they sent the nicest technician out to help me, he knew exactly what the problem was, the switch on my side was broken, unfortunately he didn't have a replacement so he took the switch from the other side and made it work for the meantime while they ordered one for me. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for me, really reinforced my already ecstatic view on this company. If your looking for furniture these guys don't miss. They don't sell junk and stand behind their products. Customer service is A+!

I visited this location last week to purchase some furniture for my new place and I had a great experience overall. The employees do not pressure you and allow you to shop in peace. Ebony helped me with my purchase and she was very professional. My furniture was delivered within 48 hours and the furniture was in stock. I highly recommend this business for all of your furniture needs.
