If there's a "Bali" scale for a hotel, this is definitely a 10/10 on the Bali scale. Apart from the gorgeously decorated local-themed rooms, its additional facilities such as its Spa, Healing Pool, and Putting Golf just to name a few makes it a complete package of a resort. NOT A TRUE 5STAR RESORT - DONT BE FOOLED I travelled here from Australia with my friends over Christmas and the New Year with my friends. We had a terrible experience. The rooms are outdated, the restaurants are expensive, the food is mediocre, the staff don't know anything, the hotel itself is VERY strict and doesn't give you any flexibility. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Don't come to this resort, especially if you are looking for a luxury holiday experience.

From the stunning location to the world-class service, every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. The resort’s expansive grounds were beautifully maintained, offering a tranquil and luxurious escape. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the comforts we could wish for. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the range of dining options, each offering exquisite cuisine, as well as the relaxing spa and breathtaking views. Whether lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby attractions, every moment at Hotel Ayana was pure bliss. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable, five-star experience.

We visited a friend who was staying here. He had a 3 bedroom apartment. The resort is really nice. Well located so it's nice and quiet with no street traffic. It has a great view out over the ocean. It is quite big so there are golf buggies that can pick you up from your room, or a tram service that takes you to where you are able to eat. It is a distance from most places, so be prepared to eat at the restaurants on site, or bring your own food to cook. I recommend staying here, you will like it.

I recently stayed at Ayana Resort Bali, and overall, it was an incredible experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The level of service was outstanding, and it truly made the stay more enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning—everywhere you look, there are beautiful sights and scenes, whether it's the lush greenery, the incredible views of the ocean, or the tranquil atmosphere that surrounds the entire property. It's an ideal place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of Bali. I also appreciated the food quality at the resort. I had no concerns about getting sick from anything I ate, which is always a worry when traveling abroad. The meals were delicious and fresh, with a wide range of options to choose from. However, there were a few aspects I think could be improved. First, almost everything at the resort comes at an additional cost, from food and drinks to amenities. This means you end up spending quite a bit more than anticipated, which can be frustrating for those on a budget especially considering this hotel stay was already quite high end. Additionally, during the rainy days, I was disappointed to find there were no indoor pools available. With the tropical weather being so unpredictable, having an indoor pool would have been a great option when the rain made outdoor activities less appealing. Despite these few complaints, the overall experience at Ayana Resort Bali was near perfect. The stunning views, amazing service, and top-notch facilities made it a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Bali.
