Axs customer reviews

How come there is no Zero?? Wow just saw a couple reviews and their typical rating is one star. I don't waste time with negative reviews, just use it to show my appreciation. But in this case....AXS really got it wrong. I bought three tickets for an event in Bakersfield, CA back in August. Was scheduled for full hip replacement surgery for December. They had a cancellation and I had it done October first. While we were counting down to surgery, I contacted AXS with my situation and was told NO REFUNDS!! I said how about a credit and I'll buy tickets in the future. NO CREDIT!! After quite a bit of time wasting, the representative told me to JUST LIST THEM FOR SALE!!! Which I did. The problem is A) how freaking heartless and rude, B) The ticket buying process hides the resale tickets when someone goes to buy tickets, they would have to know to look in the resell tab which looks like you want to sell your tickets NOT buy some poor schmucks that can't go for ACTUAL LEGITIMATE REASONS. Shame on your policies AXS!!! Ticketmaster, Stub Hub and others show all tickets for sale, not hide the resale ones. The event was last night and we tried really hard to give them to friends and family to no avail. Would have donated them if that were an option, apparently AXS would rather delight in empty seats while counting your money and treating you like a beggar.

Axs took no responsibility for what they did; I purchased tickets from GAmetime (a ticket sales go between connecting sellers with buyers) the seller transferred the tickets to me via AXS. I confirmed they were in my AXS Account, I electronically held the tickets. Without my permission, knowledge nor refund to me.. Axs took the tickets out of account and gave them back to the seller simply because the event was re-scheduled. They did this despite the fact that I held the tickets and paid for them. When I called and Emailed Axs about this they told me to take it up with GAmetime; a company that had nothing to do with what happened after the sale; They just brokered the deal between the seller and I. AXS should not have allowed this to happen.

This company deserves zero stars. I’ve requested three separate transfers for the sale of my tickets well over a month ago. Shortly after I request a transfer, my account still shows a balance as if the transfer never happened. I requested it again and contacted support, only to be told I'd have to wait 7-10 business days, despite it having been over a month. Clearly, they’re not reading my messages. When I stated the problem again, I was then told I'd have to wait 24 hours after the event. So which is it—24 hours or 7-10 business days?? Contacting support has been nothing but a nightmare, with chat support randomly ending and forcing me to explain everything again. This company has been nothing but a headache. Completely avoid them and save yourself the time and frustration.

The customer service with this company absolutely SUCKS!! No one can tell me why funds have not been transferred to my debit card almost a MONTH later. Countless reps telling me wait 48 hours for a response... 48 hrs later NOTHING no communication and the supervisor that FINALLY returned my call has no clue about anything. What do you guys know??? Fair warning do not sell tickets using this awful company they are a rip off

A vile, pathetic operation incapable of providing a basic service. I cannot believe I’m saying this but Ticketmaster does it better. Purchased tickets 6 months ago for The Mavericks at Point of the Bluff June 29. I have yet to receive an actual ticket. I refuse to drive 6 hours to the venue to be refused entry. My loss as well as the venue’s.
