Just want to say if you are looking for a caravan and soundbar for your TV don’t look anywhere else, possibly one of the best customer service experiences in my life, outstanding after care. Credit to your team, both Craig’s in your company are a credit to you. Keep up the great work, don’t be looking anywhere else for you television, buy Avtex…, you cannot put a price on quality, pay cheap, pay twice. Avtex the M&S of television equipment..

I bought an Avtex 40” 12v TV through a dealer, unfortunately the screen had a small scratch (2cm) on it. I contacted Avtex customer services regarding an unrelated matter and happened to mention the problem with the TV scratch to the gentleman I was talking to; Craig. I intended contacting the dealership I purchased the TV from immediately after this call. Craig was brilliant. He obtained permission from the dealership to handle the problem personally and arranged a collection and delivery to replace the TV. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I sent an email nearly 3 weeks ago asking about Avtex AV270TS & Soundbar SB195BT, just a couple of questions before I bought them. However, I never got a reply, so I bought them anyway. The soundbar comes with a bracket to fix to TV great. However, the holes in the back of the TV where you mount the wall bracket don't line up with the fixing threads, which is not good for the cost.

Although I had problems with my TV,it was replaced with another one. The after sales was the best I've had from any company. I would certainly buy from them again. Recommended

After purchasing our new, second hand motorhome it wasn’t long before we realised we needed a reliable internet and Smart TV system. After speaking to dealerships and searching the internet we decided that Avtex was the best option, as the resounding feedback was their exceptional customer service, on top of the quality of their products. I was convinced that they were good value for money. My initial chat with the Sales Manager Craig Vardon about the best product for us, turned into the purchase of the new Smart TV with integrated DVD, and the compatible internet aerial. Then, after a series of phone calls and emails, he successfully located a reputable dealership who could fit it for us when we were visiting Devizes, which proved to be quite difficult in the tight timeframe, and was certainly above and beyond any remit in his role. In this world of too often shoddy quality and service, it is great to know that there are still businesses who recognise how important customers satisfaction is.
