Beautiful place. Company with a good culture. They have got 4 floors in this building - 5,6,7 and 8. I have recently joined this organization in Marketing dept. Overall policies are good for employees.

It is a product based company dealing in automation of taxes. Worst place to work due to hire and fire policy. Not anymore a great place to work. I would recommend avoiding the company.

Worst and pathetic interview experience. 1) hackerrank test : I completed test with 8 test cases passed out of 10 2) technical discussion : 1 hr : went well 3) Sr. Eng. Manager discussion : 1.5 hrs : went well. After this I wait for almost 3 to 4 hrs for next round of discussion. I talked with interview coordinater, she told to go to cabin. There was was hr director : who told me your technical discussion and discussion with eng Mgr is went well but we want precise coders who can pass 10/10 test cases in hackerrank test, he advised me to do more practice on coding..... What else I can say, review readers are mature enough..... One thing I noticed in drive day : candidates who came with referral got the offer latters on same day... I think this enough..... My advise : Join if you have strong referral or waste your time...

Avalara is pathetic company , I travelled all the way from Mumbai to Pune for attending their hiring event just to listen that for the applied role no one is there to take the interview I received the interview invite from their side only and I didn’t received any prior email or phone call that interview for my role will not happen. Anyone who is reading this please don’t the join the organisation , and anyways on all The online forums lot of negative reviews are there
