Recently, had an amazing experience of expanding my knowledge at AVAAL. After taking Dispatch Specialist course, I can offer not only a solid background in customer service and dedication to load full trucks, but also I am able to ensure delivery on time, update brokers on eta and maintain clear communication with drivers/brokers/customers. Dara provided strong hands-on training with industry-standard software and covered the latest trucking regulations, ensuring I am fully prepared for the job's demands. We developed the skills, confidence, and certification needed to excel in a rewarding career as a truck dispatcher or a business owner. It was an honour to get such a foundation and bigger picture of logistics operations from Dara and his team. Definitely, aiming to come back for Safety & Compliance in future. Highly recommend! I took the Avaal Dispatch course recently and it was great. It covered everything I needed to know, from basics to advanced skills related to dispatch. The instructor Mr. Dara Nagra was extremely knowledgeable and the real-world examples he gave made it easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about dispatching.

I just got certified today as a Dispatch Specialist. My experience was outstanding. We were teaching by Dara Nagra and he is a wonderful teacher with full of Knowledge and I don’t think we can get that deep knowledge from anywhere else.
