Audicus

I have had my Omni 2 hearing aids for a few weeks. I wear them at least 9 to 12 hours per day. I am very pleased with the hearing aids and the support system. The support team's responses to my questions are timely and thorough. I have hiked, biked and played golf, and the hearing aids have stayed put. I have been able to lower the sound on my TV 25% since the day I started wearing the hearing aids. Thank you Audicus for providing a quality product, knowledgeable team and timely customer service at an affordable price point.

I have been an Audicus customer for about 9 years. I have been well pleased with the hearing aids I have purchased from them. The service over the 9 years has been excellent, I'm very satisfied.

I felt very frustrated during my experience with this company at every turn. The sales was misleading and the product appeared functional and then promptly broke on me. I am still stuck with the bill since there are no refunds.

My only experience with Audicus is online but I just want to say that they are amazing. The hearing test was easy to take (my last one was outdated) and the customer service lady who set me up with my hearing aids was so sweet. I was born severely HoH and have never owned hearing aids before. I never thought I'd be able to because of how expensive they are. Thanks to the Premier plan, I was able to afford hearing aids. And the hearing aids work wonderfully.

Update: I have to give a star. My 3000 dollar return they told me 4 weeks ago was scheduled to release to bank on April 20 did not make it . called and wad told it was being processed and probably get next week”. This is not the way to do business. It doesn’t take weeks to set up electronic transfer. Surely didn’t take long to “get” the money. As stated I will never purchase from them again. I used my hearing aid for three years and paid $24 per month for miscellaneous service. I decided to upgrade to the Omni. To me the hearing aid did not help my hearing enough to warrant the $3000 cost so I returned within 3 weeks. Now the reason for only two stars. The refund on my credit card will not be returned for weeks. I called and ask to expedite to save interest. I was told my credit would be posted on April 20. This is not right to take 4-6 weeks to refund your money. Other than that I received good customer care but I will not use them again.
