Pros : A company with great work life balance. Cons: Health insurance policy and perks are not up to the mark!

A great place to work. The infrastructure is brilliant and well maintained making it a suitable place for work. The building had a renovation and changes were made to the lifts and ground level.

Good place for interview but you will be made to wait for a long time and one day only one round which is very bad. After attending several rounds of interview process, they will not inform you about your status and very poor to reply to our mail even after 1 month. Poor response and guys avoid attending interview there. Last thing you get is waiting for a long time.

Have applied several times even for relevant also the mentioned company did not call me. How one can avoid eligible candidate. Not only Athena several companies are like that.

Worked in Athena for 2 years... excellent ambience and spacious workstations... their culture statement is "Learn, Teach,Teamwork, Tenacity".. sounds cool, right?... would be great if it spreads across the entire organisation.. like any other company, they had to make crucial decisions which benefited some employees and affected some.. overall a good company and one of the few companies where you get to know the real meaning of work life balance..
