IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD. I came here to leave a review about their shipping process, but it looks like I am not the only one they are scamming. They charge people $20 for Next-Day Delivery and then they send the order as ground shipping. At first, they blamed it on UPS, but then I contacted UPS and they confirmed with proof that the order was sent as ground shipping. This company is probably scamming THOUSANDS of people out of $20 per order, and then sending their orders the cheapest way possible. It’s truly unbelievable how they’re getting away with this. Customer service is absolutely no help. I’m looking into how to file a formal complaint now.

Delivery service is unreliable. I have ordered dresses for an occasion and paid for a next day delivery. Next day I received email stating that the parcel was not delivered and it goes back to Asos (reason was not listed). I immediately placed an order again, chose different collection address and again paid for a next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day, but only after 2 more days, which was already after my celebration. Good that I got refund for the dresses, but I didn't get refund for delivery expenses. Total waste of time and money.

I never received my package, even though it showed as delivered. I have contacted ASOS customer support, they were no help at all. After a couple of weeks of back and forth, they just stopped responding. No refund or replacement was issued. Save yourself some time and money and just avoid ASOS altogether.

"premier delivery" it's worth nothing!!! I placed an order and received confirmation that delivery would be the next day!!! Of course that didn't happen!!! this is the info I get it from customer service: "I can appreciate that you were unhappy with the delivery journey of your most recent order, however we would not have been able to guarantee that your order wouldn't have been delivered yesterday. The courier service was unable to process the delivery for last order which was supposed to delivered yesterday" I got information that they don't guarantee "next day" delivery, even though I paid for this service "premier delivery","I've checked that request to provide you premier delivery refund was already raised by previous advisor however, as per the updated information provided by the team that they're unable to refund the premier delivery as it is showing used status" !!! this is not the end of disappointments!!! for a refund I've been waiting for 10 days and still nothing!!! The courier didn't send the package back!!! So I can't get a refund!!! I'm still waiting, the parcel was never delivered!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, do not buy from!! First account is blocked due to issues with courier not a delivering parcel- the courier confirmed the parcel was never delivered multiple times and ASOS still refused to help, just leaving the chat and spamming the same default messages that have nothing to do with what I am asking. For an order worth over £600 this is completely unacceptable!!! Next, after account was blocked I tried to return items from a different parcel I had already purchased, following ASOS’s email buying my own shipping label. Royal Mail tracking shows the parcel was recieved by them weeks and weeks ago and no update was provided. I have contacted customer service multiple times who do not understand, do not help, leave the chat and just tell me my account will remain blocked, nothing to do with my refund. I don’t care if my account is blocked I’m never buying from them again, I just want the money back for what I returned! They said to raise a dispute with my payment provider which is completely incorrect to say- PayPal cannot do anything to resolve this as the item is in perfect condition and ASOS legally have to refund me for this. So now I am £75 out of pocket for this too, with no items and no money. After months now of trying to resolve both of these situations I will now have no choice but to take legal action as contacting ASOS customer service chat is useless, frustrating and a complete waste of time.
