Armani Hotels

This hotel is quite nice, and I would love to say it was 5-stars. Just don't let them put you in a room anywhere near the nightclub. You will have full volume music until 3am every night. For $1000 USD/night, I shouldn't have to wear ear plugs. Definitely ruins any romantic vibe as well. :-/

The location is very nice and very close to all areas around the Burj. The hotel and its entrance to the restaurant are designed in a very architecturally reduced style. In European or Western terms, everything seems a bit cold. The quality of the restaurant for an „after noon tea“ is okey but not outstanding. No rocket science! 😉 It's nice to see - but you can definitely skip it, there are enough other attractions around.

Just Exceptional and Loved Every Minute of Our Stay! From the moment we arrived, the Armani Hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was nothing short of superb – our butler was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable. Being in the Burj Khalifa is unforgettable to the experience. Waking up with breathtaking views and knowing you’re in one of the most renowned buildings in the world is simply extraordinary. We can’t wait to return!

I much prefer the modern luxurious vibe of Atlantis the Royal, however Armani is still an amazing hotel. While it's great and all, I wouldn't have visited had it not been for its premium location inside of the Burj Khalifa

What a scam. Very disappointing. Still waiting for a supposed refund. As a pregnant person looking for comfort willing to spend money... Paid for nye fireworks tickets and turns out we were locked in the building and couldn't leave to see anything. Came all the way from the USA on vacation to see this once a year event. Took over an hour to even talk to a manager and they had to take banking info rather than reverse the charge which is very sketchy. Kept getting our orders wrong. Told us we didn't order our dessert yet even though we did. Very slow service. Had to ask someone to start serving us 5 times. Never again am I coming here or any restaurant at the Burj Khalifa sadly. My first day in Dubai what a shame.
